are there any shortcuts in life
I don’t understand why, people just don’t get that there really are no shortcuts in some things in life. While there might be popular things such as quick weight loss that work for some people, the majority of individuals will end up working much harder to take off that weight and hardest of all, will take the longest to understand how it works. I’m not saying that all shortcuts in this area do not work, I’m sure they do, but it depends on so much more than just the shortcut itself. One has to take your body, it’s reaction, your lifestyle and most of all your commitment into the equation as well.
