Our car insurance is due in a couple of weeks and surprisingly the rate has not gone up too much from last year’s rate. There is a slight increase of 2-3%, which is pretty much non-existent in today’s rates. What has increased at a higher rate is medical and dental insurance costs as well as home insurance costs. We’ve never had a problem with getting a good and reliable company to take care of our insurance and even the rates have been quite acceptable and comparable to the general rates going on in the market. The life insurance rates that I last checked were getting higher, and so we need to decide fast and get ourselves insured while we are still getting a good rate.

The list of problems that affect, or seem to affect teens is endless but at the top of the list is probably finding a solution to remove blackheads, those pesky black spots that inevitably end up on noses, foreheads and chins, well and other places too. Go into any pharmacy and you will find tons of options to resolve these issues, but if you search for a solution online, then you will find hundreds of solutions and many of them surprisingly good and also surprisingly cheap. It’s all about reading the reviews to see which will suit your skin and only then try it out.

The thing with websites that sell stuff is that unless you have visitors, it’s all a waste right. It’s not just about selling quality stuff anymore, unless people can find your site, it’s all money down the toilet. So, what do you have to do to attract visitors to your site? Well, one of the first things could be publicizing it and entering it in a manual directory submissions site, where you could get some hits and build on traffic and word-of-mouth publicity. Test it out on your site and see if it makes a difference to your business.

Nowadays it seems that the earlier you start on anti-aging products the better off you are. The concept of aging gracefully has been put to rest it seems, it’s how young you can look and how early you can start off that matters now. So girls, and guys, stock up on as much as anti wrinkle eye cream that you possibly can, since you better start using it on a daily basis so that you can look as young as possible. Have fun!

Anytime you go to the supermarket, you can be sure to see some kind of promotion in the health and beauty section, and more than often it’s for an acne treatment cream of some sort. At least that is the way at most of the supermarkets where I go. The sales and specials are always on, on some kind of rotation of sorts it seems, since it’s always on these products. I’ve been tempted to ask the sales team that covers this section of the floor if the promotions have a lot of impact on sales or do these products sell continuously anyway. I was at the store today and it was the same story, although in the time that I was in the section, I didn’t see anyone show any interest in the promotion. Just curious.

Music is such a wonderful way to relax I find and having some MP3 players where we can create playlists for different moods for gymming and for listening to at home as well. We bought one of the largest capacity players but it’s still mostly empty, even though we’ve got thousands of songs on it already. Just goes to show that a huge pile of cd’s doesn’t add up to much on a MP3 player at all. Now, I’ve got to get down to downloading some more music to add to our collection. Isn’t it a great thing to do!

Our new home is on the 16th floor so that gives us a great vantage point for viewing all the construction going on in the area. I had no idea that so much was going on in this part of town, but it’s an exciting part of town to be living in. Looking online at some of the projects in the area, I found that some of the support structures for construction engineers are actually metal buildings, which makes it all very interesting. From up here, the view is constantly changing and when the light is right it looks like Los Angeles with its red tile roof buildings and several high rises in the distance. I still haven’t taken any photos of the view and I’m looking forward to settling in a bit and exploring the views.
